1. Data controller
The controller is Albanidis Digital Studio, the operator of albanidis.com, based in Greece.
For privacy matters or to exercise a right, email info@albanidis.com or call +30 698 051 8717. A Data Protection Officer has not been appointed because the current scale and nature of processing do not indicate a statutory requirement.
2. Data we may process
Please do not send special-category data, passwords or other sensitive information unless strictly necessary and a secure method has been agreed.
- Technical visit data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or device type and security events through hosting logs.
- Identity and contact details you choose to provide by email or telephone, such as name, company, email address and telephone number.
- The content of your enquiry, information about a potential project, proposals, agreements and related business records.
- Billing or transaction data only if a commercial relationship begins and to the extent required by law.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We do not run a newsletter or advertising profiling through this website. If that changes, we will provide appropriate information and obtain consent where required.
- Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interests in business communication.
- Providing agreed services: performance of a contract.
- Website operation, security and abuse prevention: legitimate interests in a secure and reliable service.
- Tax, accounting and other legal requirements: compliance with a legal obligation.
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims: legitimate interests.
4. Providers and recipients
Hosting, technical infrastructure and business email are provided through Hostinger group services. Depending on the service and applicable terms, providers act as processors or independent controllers.
Data may also be disclosed to accounting, legal or technical advisers where necessary, and to public authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers or subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer must rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful GDPR safeguard. Hostinger publishes further information about its subprocessors and safeguards in its legal terms.
6. Retention
- Technical logs are retained for the shortest period necessary for operation, security and incident investigation, subject to the hosting provider’s retention settings.
- General enquiries and business correspondence are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a relationship begins or earlier deletion is requested.
- Active-client records are retained for the relationship and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or other legal duties require.
- Information required for legal claims may be retained until the relevant limitation periods expire.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to info@albanidis.com. We may request only the information necessary to verify your identity securely. We normally respond within one month as required by the GDPR.
8. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority if you believe processing breaches data-protection law. For a rights-related complaint, the Authority generally expects you to have first exercised that right with the controller.
9. Automated decisions and children
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling through the website. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not designed to collect children’s data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and revision date will always appear on this page.
