Phone, email, address, social links and opening hours. The same update across several locations counts once.

You supply ready-to-use content. Unused tasks do not roll over; the same monthly limits apply with annual billing. Maintenance and fixes to our own implementation do not use tasks. Additional quantities, new sections or features are agreed before work starts.

It is optional and does not use monthly tasks. Recording a request in the notes does not mean its implementation is included in the session.

The details matter.
What do I pay upfront?
Monthly billing starts with three months prepaid: €150/210/270 for websites or €270/390/510 for shops, excluding VAT. Regular monthly billing starts in month 4. There is no separate setup or construction fee. The paid period’s start date is confirmed in writing before you accept the order.
How does annual billing work?
You prepay 12 months at the plan’s annual price. This replaces the initial three months and monthly payments. The price equals 10 monthly payments instead of 12. Task allowances remain monthly and do not accumulate. All prices exclude VAT.
Who prepares the content?
You supply ready-to-use text, your logo, business details and images. Copywriting, translation, photography and new content production are quoted separately. The exact page, article and initial-content list is recorded in the proposal.
What does the annual refresh include?
One visual refresh per 12 months of active subscription, first available after the first year. It covers existing pages, layout, colours, typography and presentation. It does not use content tasks. New pages, features, copy or extra refreshes are quoted separately.
Who owns the domain? What is SSL?
The domain is registered in your name and remains yours. One domain is included up to €25/year or €50/two years, excluding VAT; any excess is agreed in advance. SSL/HTTPS encrypts the visitor’s connection to the site and is included with hosting.
Am I buying the site in instalments?
The subscription licenses the website for as long as it remains active. It is not a code purchase in instalments. Your domain, content and business data remain yours. Third-party components follow their own licences. Content handover and exportable data at the end of the service are described in the agreement.
How is cancellation handled?
Before paying, you receive a written proposal defining the start, cancellation notice, treatment of annual prepayment and handover of content/data. There is no five-year commitment. An enquiry alone does not create a subscription or a charge.
Do I receive admin access?
Shops include product, stock and order administration. Presentation websites do not automatically include a personal CMS; we can manage updates and the blog. The Business blog structure does not include writing or publishing new articles within its basic task allowance.
Is Pro an online shop?
Website Pro has a presentation catalogue of up to 30 products or services. Cart, checkout, online payments and order management are included only in Shop plans. Bookings, specialist dashboards, membership areas, multiple languages, SEO campaigns, business email and complex 3D work are scoped separately.
Is the session required?
No. The 60-minute session costs €70 excluding VAT per booking, is not recurring and does not use monthly tasks. Written shop administration instructions are included whether or not you book a session.
When is it delivered? Can an existing site join?
Build, response and update timelines are agreed in the proposal after reviewing the scope and content. Plans apply to new projects. Existing agreements are not changed automatically; bringing an existing site into a plan is reviewed separately.
